AG Luxury
Brand Guide
An enduring identity for luxury real estate, built to stand independently and coexist with change.
Luxury does not need to announce itself.
Allison Gaddy is the enduring identity. AG Luxury is its consumer-facing luxury real estate expression.
The system is refined without becoming distant, expensive without becoming ornamental, and personal without becoming feminine or decorative.
Fewer elements. Larger photography. Stronger contrast. More breathing room.
Use contrast instead of decoration.
The mark stands alone.
Approved script-style AG artwork and Allison Gaddy wordmark must be placed here without redrawing or reinterpretation.
Normal digital use is black on white or white on black. Gold belongs to selected production finishes, not as the default logo color.

scale.
A refined editorial serif brings pace and atmosphere. It pairs with a clean modern sans serif for clarity, navigation, and metadata.
Highly readable body copy remains calm and direct. Generous spacing supports the image rather than competing with it.
Quiet captions, addresses, dates, and property metadata.
Logo typography is artwork. Never recreate the Allison Gaddy wordmark by typing the name in a similar font.
Do not introduce decorative scripts into the website system. The monogram is the expressive gesture.

The property supplies the living color.
Favor full-bleed architecture, editorial crops, natural materials, sky, water, and cinematic shifts in light.
Do not force imagery into the palette. Avoid washes unless they are strictly required for readability.

Avoid excessive cards, pills, shadows, and generic real estate icons.
Avoid gold gradients, fake metallic effects, trendy UI, and decorative flourishes.
Brokerage color never becomes the site’s visual foundation.

Black + white + photography first. Gold second. Mineral Gray third. Everything else comes from the property. Example details are illustrative, not a current listing.

modernism.
Build a family resemblance, not repetitive black-and-gold templates. Every property remains the visual hero.
The material provides the finish. Never simulate glitter, shine, or metallic depth with digital gradients.
